Why don't pallets spawn at the sawmill?

  if you have produced enough you have to go to the menu at the sawmill and click on add and then click on generate .... then the pallets are in their place

  Look into the file "log.txt" withing your savegame directory. Search for "warning" or "error". Maybe you can find any hints that might help you. Good luck.
