I have downloaded the files into the modsfolder... but it seams not to work... i cant get any info in PDA about soil,

Do you know whats the problem??

  You must download soilmod zip, it's a separate mod.
  you can find it on fs-uk.
  After download of soil mod you must unpack it

i cant get this to work.. i cant load bales automatical.. and i dont get any hints what i supose to do to activate the bale loader
