Universal Autoload - Temporary Fix

This is a temporary fix for the Universal Autoload script. The only change made is updating the version in the modDesc.xml file from 0.4.5.8 to 0.4.5.9 to ensure compatibility. Use the direct download for the fixed version; the other is the original.
