Welcome to Stuetensen, a small town in Lower Saxony. The town and landscape are based on the real location and have been enhanced with various selling points and production facilities.
In the western part of the map, another village with a railway station has been added to create an extended gameplay experience.
Surrounded by fields and forests, you will find:

- 96 purchasable areas
- 60 fields
- Four farms
- Three purchasable field barns and one greenhouse
- Various forest and meadow plots
- Selling points including GLW, Roscher Landhandel, outdoor pool, sports center, spinning mill, and shopping center
- Production facilities such as a bakery, sugar factory, dairy, mill, BGA, sawmill, and carpenter's workshop
- Two petrol stations
- One livestock dealer and one vehicle dealer
