Fully animated Slaughterhouse with Canteen known from the LS19 mod by Susi & Wingi.

Version 1.1:
* Textures converted to proper BC format
* ProductionScript update after patch
* Fixed zeroScale error
* AutoOFF disabled by the canteen and the butcher
