Welcome to Nietwerder, a detailed and realistic map set in the beautiful Oberpriegnitz region, neighboring Neuruppin, Gildenhall, and Alt Ruppin.

- Farm divided into four purchasable parts with various buildings and functions
- Six additional buyable pastures
- Fully featured BGA (not in original location)
- Multi-production area for diesel, seeds, fertilizer, lime, and more
- Realistic terrain and road layout based on actual elevation models
- Functional gates with opening hours at production sites and selling points
- Decorative train (currently non-functional)
- Built-in AutoDrive courses – click "NO" when prompted to calculate new ones

Note: Forests are not buyable or cuttable as the region is focused on cattle breeding and energy production.
