Today I present you my HolarasBB2500H before beet Schnitzler.

If you schnitztet the beets, then comes out 1.25 times as much as if the beets are completely processed.

Example:

There are 3300L beets in the bucket, then you get out 4125L substrate.

With the B button, the knife roll is started. If the beet bucket is empty, then the knife roller must be switched off again with B.
