Beulahland Farms 4km

Welcome to Coastal North Carolina, the place where I grew up farming, fishing, and logging for a living. Beulahland Farms is located in Hyde County, the largest and least populated county in NC. Farming, fishing, and logging are deeply rooted in the community.

Our family farm operated for over 180 years, growing corn, wheat, soybeans, and cotton, spanning 2,500 acres before being sold in the early 2000s due to repeated hurricanes and crop losses. After leaving the farm, I pursued a career in fishing and boat building on the Outer Banks.

For years, I wanted to create a Farming Simulator map of this area but lacked the knowledge. When the editor released in November, I dedicated myself to learning and building a playable map for myself and my son. The map covers 100 sq km, scaled down to 16 sq km for accuracy and playability. After 500 hours of development, I am releasing this beta version for testing and feedback.

• 72 fields ranging from 2 to 45 acres
• 12 floodable duck impoundments for rice, corn, and sorghum
• 29,000 trees (out of a 30,000 max) with vast pine plantations and hardwood forests
• Extensive waterways, with plans to introduce fishing as a crop type and commercial fishing
• No large-scale animal husbandries or productions for realism, but plenty of space for custom creations
• All farm buildings are sellable for complete customization
• Requires additional mods for farm sheds and buildings (available on the official mod hub)
