This mod was a fun challenge to create and adds a unique twist to the game! It significantly increases loan interest rates compared to the base game, making financial management much tougher. Originally designed for my dedicated server, I decided to share it for players who enjoy added difficulty. Flexible credit limits are implemented, but remember, just like in real life, banks aren't always your best friends! You can exceed the base game loan limit by a significant margin.

Known Bugs: None identified so far. If you find any, let me know, and I'll try to address them.
Future Plans: Adding a repossession feature (still in testing). This might be released as a separate variant since not all players may want assets repossessed. Also looking into forcing the max loan to 0, though efforts so far have been unsuccessful.
