You can take the xml files from you old savegame to the new.
Field.xml, farm.xml

  Yes - Indeed it does ..
  
  There are 5 files one has to copy from a newly generated savgame, made with the new version of the map, in to the savegame made with the old version of the map ..
  
  All explained in a video .. So ..
