Six small areas of oasis are separated by the dunes of a barren desert. This challenging map requires careful water management: wells can only be dug near oasis pools, and water must be transported, stored and sold to expand into the desert. Desert land can only support crops when irrigated.

Water wells must be placed so that the well is on land, and the white circle is in water. Villagers will drink directly from the well, or you can store water in Granaries and sell it at Food Market tables.

To irrigate the desert, build an Irrigation tower. Assign a water carrier and irrigation diggers. Paint an extraction zone over the part of the desert you want to irrigate. After removing the stones and bringing water, the desert will be able to support plant life in about one month.
