Riverbend Timbers 4x

Experience the fourth hotfix for the Riverbend Timbers 4x map! This update includes:
- Fixed parked vehicles and adjusted grass around houses.
- Added more train cars and increased their capacity.
- Corrected farmland in the center area, making all land purchasable and enabling payment collection in streams.
- Lowered farmland pricing.
- Planted additional trees along roads.
- Updated the PDA for better navigation.
- Fixed the underground coal mine, allowing material excavation.

This will be the final hotfix before the official release. Test and enjoy the map over the week, with the official version coming Friday! Note: A new savegame will be required for testing.

Riverbend Timbers 4x is now in its first testing phase. While some vehicles in expansion areas may still need adjustments, they should not interfere with gameplay.
