Prefabricated Concrete Garage

Build your own garage with this fully prefabricated concrete garage mod. It features a placed foundation with piles and various dynamic structures. Each block can be secured with belts and lifted using either a traverse or a crane with a trailer attacher, which attaches to the green arrow pointer. This allows for easy assembly and customization of the garage layout.

The mod has been completely redesigned from scratch to overcome limitations in earlier versions, such as the inability to chain blocks directly or sell extra blocks. Now, everything is possible!

Important Note:
On older or weaker PCs and laptops, building multiple garages may cause performance issues due to the high number of dynamic objects. On modern PCs with high-end specifications (e.g., i7 12700k, 64GB DDR5 RAM, RTX 3090, M2 SSD with 7GB/s read/write speed), the mod runs smoothly, even with up to 10 garages built nearby. Be prepared for a challenge and make sure you have the skills of a seasoned crane operator!
