Ideal for Smartphone / Tablet in cross-format

Also ideally if the Mod "DriveControl" is present ( https://www.modhoster.de/mods/drivecontrol--2 )

    - einige funktionen hinzugefügt

    in V1.1 habe ich hinzugefügt:
    - Linker und rechter Blinker
    - Warnblinker
    -Drehlicht* (Rundumleuchte)

    * damit das Drehlicht funktioniert, bitte Ingame in der Tastaturbelegung die rundumleuchte auf "STGR +ü" ändern!
