Changes in v3.1.0.0:
- Added a starting area with a house, chicken coop, moonshiner, and a garage for wood construction.
- Premium crops are now available on the map, no premium required for everything to work.
- Added fish to puddles and re-marked some areas.
- Replaced grass textures.
- Reduced rendering for all objects on the map for better performance.
- Added a place to buy ingredients for moonshine.
- Other minor changes.

Key Features of the Map:
- 49 fields with village plots, varied terrain, and two villages: Liski and Borovlyany, as well as the village of Maksatiha where you can sell most of your manufactured products.
- Food production facilities include halva, condensed milk, sugar factory, dairy factory, meat processing plant, and mill-bakery.
- For those who enjoy livestock farming, the map includes 4 cowsheds (two in each village) with a total capacity of 1,000 cows, a sheepfold for 450 sheep, a pigsty for 500 pigs, and 2 chicken coops for 3,000 chickens.
- For online play enthusiasts, each village has its own motor tractor base, equipped with a repair area, elevators, fuel tanks (fuel must be brought from a gas station before refueling equipment), and hangars.
- Dynamic dirt system is present.
