MUTATOR: FrenzyUnfukt

frenzy mutator fixed after last update

there should be no smoke or gas counters that kill or disrupt the bots anymore
added ied drone to their fire supports

wip: trying to fix bots from standing still when fire is on the ground either by molotovs or flamer
