It is night in LS

Quite a simple mod. I was unhappy with the actual night. Even at 2am you were able to see as if it was 2 pm. This script will change the ambient color during the night (from 10pm to 5am). It results in a darker night where your vehicle's lights will be more than really useful. Do not forget to use vehicle with working lights if you need to keep an eye on your tool.
