Better field border detection when fields are close together.
The course on the AI Menu Map will now have arrows that show the direction of the lines.

New course generator 2.0 with new features. Read the ingame helpmenu to get more details for new features, like:
Make outer headland corners round, inner ones sharp
Separate clockwise/counterclockwise settings for headlands, headlands around islands and spiral field center
Reverse course from HUD
Rows don't have to be straight, you can make them follow one of the field edges
Refactored, high quality code for maintainability

This Version is a preparation for a ModHub Update.
