This Mod adds itself to every vehicle. No need to add it manually. Just put the downloaded Zip file in your Modfolder and have fun!
The betterIndoorCamera is a improved version of the script called "realisticIndoorCamera" in fs13, but it also has some new features. The goal with this mod is to improve the feeling of the inside camera, so you feel acceleration, uneven ground and stuff like that.
For further description and visual explanation how it works just take a look at the video in the "videos" tab.
How it works:
The mod has two main parts/modes. Every mode can be toggled on/off separately in each mod. Both modes can be used together..
mode 1: "shake" mode
- this modes "simulates" the "inertia of mass" of the drivers body. The camera doesn't adjust to terrain angle/slopes but it makes you feel acceleration, braking, uneven ground und stuff like that. .
mode 2: roll/pitch mode
- this mode adjusts the camera so that it is perfectly vertical no matter at what angle/slope the vehicle is driving. That gives a true feeling on how steep hills are in fs for example. Its the same as "realisticIndoorCamera" in fs13 was.
Both modes can be toggled on and off seperately in each vehicle ingame. The settings of the modes will be saved in the savegame.
For steering wheel users interesting feature:
The betterIndoorCamera has a additional feature, altough the input bindings arent active by default. The InputBindings are the following two.
betterIndoorCamera_TL1
betterIndoorCamera_TR1
You can add buttons to those InputBindings in your controls settings..
If you press a button (TL stands for turn left, TR for turn right) exactly that is what happens. If you press the button the camera moves 40° to the left or right. If you hold the button for more than 1.5 seconds the camera moves 120° (looking out the back window) in either direction. As soon as so let go of the button the camera returns for 0° view out the front window.

Bitte für den LS17 :) Mod ist Perfekt vor allem für die mit Lenkrad wie mich :D
Great mod. Before this mod I rarely drove in the inside tractor camera view. After installing this mod most of my driving is done from inside the tractor. The only thing I find wrong is the beacon lights turn off any time I exit a vehicle. A great simple addition to FS15 that makes a world of difference.
jo also zum habe ich ne frage im 11er ja schon verbaut die realisicindoorcam im 13er abgewandelt und denn gab es ja noch die die halt kopf mit lenkeinschlag simoliert wo bei ich sagen muss das mir die realisticindoorcam in der beta am besten gefiel du weist ja sicher welche ich meine ;) nach welcher atr und weise funtzt diese hier 11er beta oder
BUGFIX: Left/Right Camera in tractor not working ? The vehicle needs to be SELECTED for the camera to work. If an implement is attached to the tractor, the implement is selected automatically and the camera stops working. So another mod is required that allows you to select the tractor with the 'G' key. Additional download : https://www.modhoster.de/mods/selectable BUGFIX: Camera hört auf zu funzen wenn man am schlepper was ranhähngt, weil der schlepper nicht mehr selectiert ist. Die camera wirkt nur wenn der schlepper activ ist. Dieser super geile mod hätte einfach ein kleines readme brauchen können wo man der spieler warnt und ein zweiter mod, der fehler erhebt. Man braucht zusätslich dieser mod: https://www.modhoster.de/mods/selectable Mann kann dann mit der 'g' taste der schlepper selectieren auch wenn was dran hängt. Ich entschuldige mir für meine rechtschreibung, ich bin kein Deutscher.
The camera triggering stops working when used in a tractor and attaching a front or a rear implement. I haven't had the problem on the combine harvester though.
Insgesamt eine interessante Idee der es allerdings an etwas Feinschliff fehlt. Die Beschleunigung ist etwas sehr stark umgesetzt, ebenso "korrigiert" der Körper wenn seine Masse mitbeschleunigt wurde wieder nach vorne - man bleibt nicht bis zum Bremsvorgang in den Sitz gedrückt. Prinzipiell wäre also leicht nach hinten und nach 1,5-2 sekunden wieder langsam nach vorne korrekt. Das "rotieren" des Kopfes je nach Schräglage des Geländes hat auch einen Knackpunkt - es dreht sich ja nicht nur der Kopf, sondern der gesamte Oberkörper versucht den Winkel zu korriegieren - als wenn der Kopf ein Pendel ist und mit einer Stange am Sitz befestigt ist. Es darf sich also wenn nicht nur der Kopf gegen die Neigung rotieren, sondern die Kamera muß sich auch noch entsprechend links oder rechts in der Fahrerkabine verschieben. Also wie gesagt, nette Idee, leider wird mir auch etwas schlecht wenn sich die Kamerareaktionen nicht so verhalten wie das Gehirn es erwartet.
How do I reduce the effect on the camera movement for acceleration/deceleration, like "LPG-Kollektiv" I think it`s a bit to much, would be great knowing how I can tweak it after my liking ?
Hallo modelleiche, ich bin total begeistert von Deiner Mod! Leider bindet sich diese nicht in alle Schlepper ein, ist zwar schade, kann ich aber mit leben. Aber richtig tragisch finde ich, dass sie bei den beiden CZMOD Xerion (4000ST und 4500), welches ja geniale Schlepper-Mods sind, die Innenansicht völlig lahm legen :( Das wurde zwar schon mal angesprochen, aber ich würde gerne mal wissen, ob Du die Problematik kennst, bzw. eine Idee hast, das zu beheben? Kurze Antwort wäre toll. Danke, Gruß Adsche
Auch einer der Mod´s die die dynamische komponente gewaltig erweitern. Danke für die Arbeit und Umsetzung.
Wollte nur mal melden das ich ein kleines Problem habe. Ich persönlich mag die Roll/Pitch funktion nicht und habe sie bei meinen Fahrzeugen ausgeschaltet. Wenn ich meinen Spielstand aber gespeichert habe und lade dann ist die funktion bei allen Fahrzeugen wieder an. Ich kann sie zwar wieder abschalten aber des nervt leider immer ein bischen. Wäre schön wenn man da was machen könnte. Ansonsten super Mod! 5* + Empfehlung. Gruß Chris
wenn ihr die "physicalCam" in der addSpec.lua mit ausschliesst, gehen die Traktoren mit Smetey wieder, als Notloesung gedacht, ist aber nicht so schlimm, da die Teile ja die indoorcam eingebaut haben.
Würde ich auch gern genauer Wissen. Welche Änderungen muss ich vornehmen?

Ooooch, wie schade. Der Mod läuft leider nicht mit den >Klassiker der Landwirtschaft Ls15< Fahrzeugen. Ansonsten genau das, worauf ich gewartet hab. Weiter so =:O)
Toller Mod - DANKE 5 Sterne und eine Empfehlung von mir wenn man die strasse hoch oder runter fährt könnte die cam etwas weniger reagieren. - nur meine meinung- ansonsten alles top
Hallo erstmal super Mod!! Ich habe 3 Vorschläge was man verbessern könnte: 1. Dass das Umgucken funktioniert wenn der Traktor etc. nicht ausgewählt ist. 2. Dass das Umgucken funktioniert wenn man den Traktor etc. nicht angeschalten ist (DriveControl) 3. Ich fände es besser wenn man eine extra Taste hätte zum nach Hinten drehen. Mfg Michel

Bitte mal Fix für den XERION, Innenansicht ist man da auf einmal im Boden versunken und hat gar keine Sicht.An was liegt das? Sonst natürlich Mega Genial.
