Traffic Light System

Here I have my new traffic light system for you.
To function you have to actually not much to say
The AI ??traffic stops, and the system is fit for multiplayer.

IMPORTANT:
It must be available end levels for the GE,
because this system needs to be built into the map.
There is no guidance, only rough information needed.
