Wettermod Longer Night

I imagine my Wettermod here. There are some small changes that please me very much personally. Here is the long-night edition. The following changes:

Darker night, going from 17-6 Clock (Twilight was shortened).

All types of clouds built (there were a few official Cloud Sky which were not used).

50% chance of morning fog to have (different density)

Thunderstorm no longer exists. When it rains, it really only the rain.

In "good weather" it can also be very cloudy.

Streetlights off the evening by 16 clock in and clock out at 8.

Since tastes are different, it can be not really do any right.

Me is also aware that there are certain mods for weather properties that are easily valued differently and also partly to be better. This mod alone corresponds to my taste.
