Summary -

Small and modern All environment Fighter the SA-45 is a Jack of all traits. It has 2 reloadable Rocket launchers, 8 Gatling guns, and 2 Assault cannons. The SA-45A can operate with atmos Only in Atmosphere Allowing for long range missions in Planetary Atmospheric missions.

Lore:

The SA-45A is an improved version of the SA-42B and the successor to the SA-40 Reptor. It is a much more cost effective Fighter than the SA-40. Designed and used 2351. The SA-40 and SA-45A are very different in design which has led to many military personnel and Journalists arguing If the new replacement is better or worse. Regardless, the platform is much more susceptible for Atmospheric entry. The Striker uses a Flare launcher and a Torp Jammer X12 Suite Which has the highest success rate for all military Trop Jammers for anti missile and torpedo defense. The Striker also includes the 2342 Composite Armor Which allows for lower weight high mobility/repairability, but weaker than the Type-A Armor used on SA-40 and previous Small Craft such as Dropships. The Striker can also Be equipped with Fighter Modules Like Anti-Capital Tropes or Long range Docking Rings. The SA-45A Striker uses the B Type Arrow Fighter Hull which is common in Fer lay Fighter designs.

Future Proofing- The SA-45A uses 76% of its internal Space so new systems ***** be added in the future and uses around 60-70% of its Fusion Reactor which can be easily removed to be replaced with any new power Systems. It’s modular design allows for it to be easily updated or specialized for certain tasks
