It is done with the empty warehouse map (the big one) and 3 mods (links: XXL Map Editor DLC - Bralunit Stairs , XXL Map Editor DLC - Bralunit Blocks and XXL Map Editor DLC - Bralunit Ledges) by @Bralunit. You will have to make your own light settings.
