Vulture mk2

This is an advanced version of the mk1, with 2 basic refineries and a basic assembler added for you to process any resources and turn them into items with this ship alone

this ship, as the mk1 is atmosphere capable, has enough cargo, folding landing gear, quite capable at combat (tested it with larger ships) and has lots of fuel generators as wells as fuel tanks.
