Version 15.10.17 for SpinTires (v03.03.16):

Added a crane manipulator for fans to play in simulator mode.
Fixed the center of gravity on the 8 point weight on the dissolution, now it does not fall on the side of the car with minor slopes.
Some minor amendments.
