I have the Toyota Land Cruiser 200 umgeskinnt by Wolf Tiger and equipped with lights flashing and sirens wailing.

It is mainly designed for the Alpine Challenge map, as it is with the word mountain rescue Alps mountain (name of the village on the map) is provided.
