Toolbar Cleanup

Removes all normal resources from the toolbar, to make room for modded resources. This mod is now a part of Batyushki's Modpack.

There is a bug where if you have too many resources in the toolbar, none of them show. This is a problem for some of my other mods because some resources only show in the toolbar.
