Animals: Trailer Only

Experience realistic animal transport with the 'Animals: Trailer Only' mod. No more direct dealer-to-barn purchasing — animals must be transported by livestock trailer.

How it Works:

• Without a Trailer: The buying interface is hidden at both the dealer and your barn. You can still view and sell animals.
• With a Trailer: Enjoy the standard game behavior. Load animals into your trailer and transport them yourself.

This mod is multiplayer-safe, as the server enforces the rule via the AnimalBuyEvent, ensuring a modified client cannot bypass the hidden UI.

Whitelist:

By default, chickens and rabbits are exempt from this rule, as the base game lacks a transport trailer for them. This can be edited in scripts/animalsTrailerOnly.lua.

Changelog:

• 1.1.0.0: Added in-game settings to toggle trailer restrictions (admin only). The setting is synced to all clients and stored in modSettings. Console command 'atoToggleRestriction' added for admins. Fixed purchase issues with borrowed/shared trailers.
• 1.0.0.0: Initial release of trailer-only animal purchasing with server-side enforcement and a chicken/rabbit whitelist.
