Spin The Wheel (Classic)

For X-Piratez L10.3 and above. Reverts Gambling behaviors to the original dynamic where Jack's Tokens are only used for high end prize coupons.

Note: It might be considered cheating to go back and forth between activating and deactivating the mod. Using the mod each spin only costs blue chips, and without the mod prize coupons do not cost jack's tokens.

There may be an issue with list order alignment in the Pulldown/Gambling but it's probably no big deal, there aren't many entries in that category.

Copper and Iron prizes are not affected since they didn't originally cost Jack's Tokens to redeem them. Titanium, Tritanium, Zortium, and Neutronium tokens have had their production lists ported from the L10.3 version just to make sure no new items since L9 were forgotten. None of their prices have changed.
