Sell Land Anyway

With the 'Sell Land Anyway' mod, you can sell farmland even if there are placeables on it. When you attempt to sell such a farmland, instead of the usual 'cannot sell' message, you will receive a Yes/No dialog:

Warning: Farmland has placeables on it. Are you sure you want to sell it?

If you click Yes, the sale proceeds. The placeables remain in place, but their ownership transfers to the spectator farm. You will no longer own them, receive income from them, or pay upkeep on them.

You will receive the normal sell price for the land. Please note that placeables on the abandoned land are forfeited without compensation.

Console Commands:
sellLand - Sells the farmland you are standing on.
sellLand 12 - Sells farmland with ID 12.
sellLandAll - Sells every farmland you own.

This mod is available for single-player or as the master user in multiplayer mode.
