Scoutstar (modded Loadstar)

Changes:

• high torque engine
• fast offroad gearbox
• only tayga mudtires
• long and strong offline winch
• added exhaust
• bumper can be removed
• higher fuel capacity
• increase steering speed and responsiveness
• higher suspension
• increased damage capacity
• added "trunk"rack
• everything should be unlocked
• changed center of mass
• more fuel and repairparts in trunk
• trailers can be attached
• changed engine sounds
