Scout 800 JBE

I've always liked the looks of the International Scout 800, but I honestly forgot it was in the game. Someone suggested the Scout 800 and I said to myself "Wow, I forgot all about the Scout 800. This build may not be everyone's cup of tea. Nothing should be locked, but let me know. I tried a few new things on this build, so I maybe updating it more frequently until its fined tuned.

Tweak List:

- Default transmissions untouched but added JBE transmission

- Adjusted engine specs (Replaced Old Scout engines with Modern Truck engines)

- Some sounds changed

- Increased fuel capacity (Also adjusted addons that carry fuel and repairs)

- More paint color options

- Added more tire options (Some tire specs adjusted, JBE wheels and Quasi)

- Adjusted default suspensions. Added Active suspension and JBE flex suspension

- More Miscellaneous items. (Lots of supply options)

- Added a Stronger and Longer Autonomous Scout Winch

- Few more front and rear bumper options

- Scout trailers + trailers (no semi trailers)

- Handbrake is connected to front and rear

- Added Quasimiyao wheels/tires (Permission to use)

- Weight of vehicle tweaked
