Sales Plus - Dedicated Server Fix

This modification enhances the sales system for dedicated servers, ensuring synchronized prices for all players. Originally created by Ragman2414 on ModHub, this version addresses synchronization issues. The mod allows up to 100 pieces of equipment to be on sale simultaneously, with discounts based on the age and working hours of the equipment. Maintenance is pre-completed by dealers, although repainting remains necessary. Admins can use the command rgGenerateSale to generate random sales.
