Fixes:

Ensures other mods loaded after this one benefit from Work RPM.
Prevents RPM boost from being reset by the game engine each frame.
Boost and hold now follow attached tools with tractor plus front loader.
Attached tools maintain RPM during hydraulic movements.
Hand push tools do not boost when unattended.
Avoids reloading settings for every vehicle on the map.
Boost logic runs only on the server in multiplayer mode.
Prevents log spam by fixing invalid vehicle XML paths.
Improves game performance by fixing lag issues.

Improvements:

Boost works while in tractor cab, even if work is on an attached tool.
Supports more vehicle types; trains and conveyor belts excluded.
