Remove Reaver's Laser Research Tree

My mod Faithful contains a revamp of the laser weapons research tree which will not allow some mods to run with it. This mod replaces the Faithful laser research tree with one closer to vanilla which should be compatible with other mods.

Reaver's Faithful is not recommended to be run with other mods, and using this mod or others with it will cause undesirable effects. Use at your own risk.

To use this mod, make sure your mod list is in the following order:
* Reaver's Faithful at top
* This fix in between
* Every other mod down beneath

Putting a mod lower in the list gives it priority over mods above it, but also causes it to load after the upper mods have already loaded.
