Introducing a convenient radial menu for quickly selecting portable hand tools. No longer will you need to switch tools one by one through your entire inventory. Simply open the radial menu, hover over the desired item, click it with the left mouse button (LMB), and instantly equip it.

Controls:
Press 'H' to open the radial menu for hand tools. Select the 'Hands' slot to unequip a tool. If you have many tools, use the 'Next...' and 'Back' sectors to navigate through pages.

* Added complete disabling of controls when opening the menu to prevent tool activation when pressing LMB.
* Fixed an issue where the 'H' button opened the menu even after being remapped in the controls.
