  Version 0.21 fix

  PROJEKT CESKO V0.21 FIX - A BETTER CZECHIA 1.39

  Hotfix 0.21 released! Actually adds nothing new, only the file size has been adjusted. it crashed while it loads with other Maps, now it is fixed and works

  
  Rebuild and reskin National roads 3 and 6 to match current status - Road 3 is now a motorway leading from Tábor (will be soon) to ?eské Bud?jovice (will be soon also). The rest from D1 motorway to Votice and from ?B to Austria is a standard road as we know from vanilla. Road 6 is also a motorway from Prague airport to ?evni?ov where changes to a standard highway. From Road 6 will lead new connections to Most (soon) and Plze? (soon also) via national road 27. After a release of 1.40, I'm gonna start probably with a complete rebuild of Prague to fit current mapping standards and reality. Other towns and cities (such as Ml. Boleslav, Liberec, Hradec Králové...) will come in the future.
  
  What has changed now?
  Western part of Prague ring road has been reskinned along with some parts of national roads 3 and 6 leading from Prague. Also changed old companies with new companies. Done some preparations for extending road 27 from Plze?-Bory intersection with D5 motorway to Most.
  
  Dependencies?
  Yes. All map DLC's (Going East, Scandinavia, France, Italy, Baltic and Black Sea) are required to run this map. Otherwise the mod will be marked as incompatible.
