Phiber Dash System

The Phiber Dash system is a highly efficient solution for mixing chemicals and refilling sprayers in Farming Simulator. This system automates chemical mixing and cleaning, minimizing human error, speeding up the filling process, and enhancing overall productivity. It features two pumps: a high-volume water pump with a 13hp motor rated at 430 GPM and an air-diaphragm pump capable of 40 GPM for auto rinsing and agitating dry products.

Operators can load multiple products in advance while keeping chemicals separated, thanks to its separate inductors. The system allows for easy operation from a central ground-level location beside the trailer. Each inductor unloads chemicals in about 15 seconds, including a rinse cycle that ensures complete chemical delivery and prevents residue buildup.

In the game, the Dash 4.4 and Dash 1.4 can mix Herbicide from Unmixed Herbicide and water or Liquid Fertilizer from Water Soluble Fertilizer and water. Players can purchase pre-assembled trailers or customize their own by selecting components. Available options range from trailers to various tanks and Dash components.
