Papenburger Map 4K

Changelog 2.3.0:
- The terrain now has 1 pixel per unit, improving bug fixes (full resolution requires Giants intervention).
- Maximum height for tippable fruit increased to 8 meters.
- Added Farm2 Engelnhof, Farm3 BGA, Farm4 Kramer farm (pigs and chickens), and Farm5 Anneken farm.
- Two open spaces for farms or production added.
- Competitive multiplayer XML configured.
- Removed parked cars near the bakery.
- Converted Main Farm1 Berlage.
- Rigid body for water added.
- Only the main farm currently has machines.
- Spruces replaced with new prefabs.

Important: A new savegame is required.

Map Features:
- 4x map scale with 105 fields totaling 1042.9 hectares.
- 44,855 trees.
- Multiple sell points and production facilities.
- Traffic is included but caution is needed at large intersections where vehicles only drive straight ahead (traffic lights are planned for future updates).
- Small starter farm with minimal equipment (future updates will include a complete farm).
- Decoration is incomplete and will be expanded in upcoming updates.

Known Issues:
- Course generator may create jagged edges at field boundaries, but it works.
