Paint and Terraform Anywhere

This mod for the Landscaping Tools allows you to paint and terraform anywhere. It also lets you place trees, regardless of land ownership.
You can even use the Landscaping Tools in areas where placeables or roads are located.

It's perfect for fixing mistakes when placing a placeable too close to a road, or for correcting misaligned terrain and filling in those annoying holes next to placeables.
Plus, it generally gives you the freedom to paint and terraform without boundaries.

New in FS25: Added dependency on multiplayer permissions. Instead of everyone being able to use landscaping anywhere, the following rules apply:
- The host or a logged-in game admin can use landscaping anywhere.
- Players with 'Landscaping' permissions can landscape within the farm-owned area, but restrictions around buildings are removed.
- Players without 'Landscaping' permissions cannot use landscaping tools anywhere.
