Offline Powerful winches

Better winches for the win. You will have to go into the game files C:\Program Files\Epic Games\SnowRunner\en_us\preload\paks\client and open Initial.PAK (winrar recommended) Than go to initial.pak\[media]\classes\winches than drag all the .XML into it than hit OK or finish to replace the files. If you want, I suggest to backup the old ones in case either it doesn't work or you want to revert back. You will have to reinstall as the newer updates come in. Please comment if there is problems and I'll do my best to fix it. I would make it auto install if I knew how to make it self install.
