CCTV Tracking Spotlight
NTC CCTV Tracking Spotlight is a vanilla system that tracks players and ships.
Stick it on a flat electrified platform to make it work.

Originally supplied with a player and ship detection configuration, but you can change the selection by accessing the sensors in the control panel.
All the blocks are named in the NTC standards to allow for reverse engineering.
To access the camera, use a control seat, you will not be able to control the movements of the camera but you can zoom in and out.
