This mod fixes capitalization of city names on EAA

Includes compatibillity fixes that don’t impact gameplay if you’re using EAA without other map mods:

 

Country IDs re-numbered to avoid future conflicts

EAA Rusmap Node Conflict fixed

EAA EurAfrica Company Conflict fixed

EAA MHAPro Company Conflict Fixed
