  Version 2.2 + fix auf 1.34.x (09.02.19)

  This should resolve the conflicts between this truck and the SCS TGX E6.
  Some things can't be properly solved until the truck has a full update,
  so there are duplicates in the the Truck Browser, Truck Dealer and in the paintjob selections.
