LS13 ModCommander

Hello,

here an update for the LS13 ModCommander.

Old version:

What happened?

* Multilingual: If the program is started on a Windows machine with other culture settings than german, the language used by the program is automatically switched to english.

Install update:

You can just overwrite all files with the new.

New install:

* Extract the ZIP file into a directory of your choice

* Now you can double-click on Ls13ModCommander.exe start the program
