• Vehicle dealership does not include a spawn point for repairs, as most players build their own workshops.

• Forests: €400,000 per hectare
• Quarry Farmland (ID 201): ~€1.2 million for 2.11 hectares
• Biogas Plant Farmland (ID 203): ~€1.8 million for 1.53 hectares
