The M4 is a modern Landbauer machine shop. The frame and roof are metal with wood paneling on the walls. The porthole windows emphasize the extravagance of the commercial building which should not be for the old venerable farmers. The modern construction of the hall including the unusual interior design are modern and future-oriented. The automatic sprinkler system (fire protection), full air conditioning capability for a warm start in winter, a weather station on the roof including an information board in the hall and a solar-powered free charging option for electric vehicles give the whole thing a touch of pure luxury.
