Khan 39k Ranger

I am not a big fan of OP changes, so it's basically the base scout with increased customization options and survivability.

- Engines, gearboxes and winches remain the same as the base one;

- Can now attach scout trailers;

- 3 sets of active suspensions, stock, high, tuned;

- More color options;

- Spare wheel options with small, medium and large tires;

- In cabin customization;

- Custom UI Images/Icons;

- Bunch of tire sets;

- Internal fuel cans adding 120 plus litters to the modded 60.
