Improved Weather reload

Here is a weather mod, various kinds of beautiful weather, rain, fog, etc.

In my opinion very well done, I personally think it's great!

But you just look at the photos, I think because it takes no more

much to write ...!

/ You have to delete the game data_sii sunning it may be that the world map can not zoom to /. (Data_sii in the def folder)! (Scs is open!)
