Quick modification of base highlands to remove bounds to allow exploration. Also to remove the clutter in the ffa level.

Added horses via coordinates outside the arena
FFA and SKM (no TDM coz no on plays it)

Level names:

FFA_HighlandsNB
SKM_HighlandsNB
